NAR Chief Economist sits with NHAR President Drapeau
Dr. Lawrence Yun, NAR’s Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research, stressed healthy economic fundamentals and his expectation for a strong housing market in 2021 in a wide-ranging presentation and interview with NHAR President Marc Drapeau yesterday.
Asked about what he would say to Realtors nervous about the market: “You have to understand the facts,” Dr. Yun said. “The housing market was exceptionally strong. We hit a pause button. It will recover.”
